The main objective of the Career Vocational Skills program was to make students aware of different skill-based and job-oriented career options available after 10th and 12th. The program aimed to help students understand the importance of vocational skills and how these skills can lead to practical career opportunities.
Another objective was to introduce students to various fields such as graphic designing, digital marketing, accounting, programming, civil and mechanical design, interior design, and drafting through live demonstrations and activities. The program also aimed to guide students in choosing the right career path based on their interests, abilities, and future goals, while motivating them to focus on skill development along with academic studies.
Based on the success of the Career Vocational Skills program, it is recommended that similar career awareness sessions be conducted regularly to guide more students. Extending the duration of the program would allow deeper interaction, detailed demonstrations, and more hands-on activities for better understanding.
It is also suggested to include advanced workshops, real-life project demonstrations, and interaction with industry professionals to give students clearer insight into different career fields. Providing follow-up counseling or guidance sessions can further help students make informed decisions about vocational courses after 10th and 12th.
Expanding the program to cover more schools and involving parents in awareness sessions may also strengthen career planning support. Overall, continuing such programs will help students build confidence, develop practical skills, and choose the right career path based on their interests and abilities.
