Ashish Kumar serves as the Chairman of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., guiding the organization with a strong focus on skill-based and vocational education. With more than 15 years of experience in mechanical designing and teaching, he has played a key role in advancing mechanical design practices and strengthening technical education through practical and industry-oriented training.
Ms. Pooja Vats is the Co-Founder of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the Skill Book Skill Development Centre under the Instrainee Education Foundation. She has a strong academic background as a Computer Science professor and brings wide experience in technical education, IT training, and vocational skill development, with a focus on building practical and career-oriented learning programs.
The main objective of the Software Awareness Program – DSEU seminar was to introduce students to the design and mechanical engineering industry and highlight the importance of industry-relevant 2D and 3D software tools. The seminar aimed to help students understand how these tools are used in mechanical design, enhance their technical skills, and guide them toward making informed career decisions. Another key objective was to provide students with exposure to practical applications, encourage curiosity, and help them identify better job opportunities after completing their studies.
The Software Awareness Program – DSEU was conducted as a one-day seminar at Guru Nanak Dev DSEU Campus, Sector-18, Rohini, Delhi – 110089, on 11 November 2025, starting from 11:00 AM onwards. The seminar was attended by 21 third-semester Mechanical Engineering students from DSEU GNDIT.
The seminar began with an introduction to the mechanical design industry, its current demand, and career opportunities. Students were then introduced to the most widely used 2D and 3D software tools in the mechanical field and learned why these tools are critical for modern mechanical design. The session encouraged interactive discussions, where students asked questions and received guidance from the guest speakers.
Overall, the seminar provided students with practical insights into mechanical design software, industry expectations, and career guidance, while keeping the atmosphere light, engaging, and motivating.
