Profile of Speaker

Ashish Kumar serves as the Chairman of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., providing strategic leadership with a strong emphasis on skill-oriented and vocational education. Bringing more than 15 years of experience in mechanical design and academic instruction, he has played a key role in strengthening technical education by promoting hands-on learning and industry-relevant training practices, as well as contributing significantly to the advancement of mechanical design methodologies.

Ms. Pooja Vats is the Co-Founder of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the Skill Book Skill Development Centre, operating under the Instrainee Education Foundation. With a background as a Computer Science professor, she possesses extensive experience in technical education, IT training, and vocational skill development. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering practical, industry-focused learning programs that support career readiness and professional growth.

REPORT IN BRIEF

Under the NEEV Program, a one-day Guest Lecture was organized on 07 December 2025 at S.P. Road, Nangloi, Delhi–110085 for students of classes 9th to 12th. The session was attended by 50 students and commenced at 10:00 AM. The event was conducted free of cost with the objective of fostering entrepreneurial awareness among young learners.

The guest lecture was led by Ms. Ashish Kumar, Chairman, and Mr. Pooja Vats, Director of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The speakers interacted with students in a light, engaging, and motivating environment. They shared real-life experiences from their entrepreneurial journey, discussed startup fundamentals, and explained how businesses can be initiated and expanded under the New Era of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Vision (NEEEV).

Students actively participated by showcasing their projects and receiving practical guidance on how to refine, scale, and align their ideas with academic learning.
