Ashish Kumar is the Chairman of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and leads the organization with a strategic focus on skill-based and vocational education. With over 15 years of experience in mechanical design and teaching, he has made substantial contributions to technical education by championing practical, industry-aligned training and advancing modern mechanical design approaches.
Ms. Pooja Vats is the Co-Founder of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the Skill Book Skill Development Centre, operating under the Instrainee Education Foundation. With a background as a Computer Science professor, she possesses extensive experience in technical education, IT training, and vocational skill development. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering practical, industry-focused learning programs that support career readiness and professional growth.
To introduce students to the NEEEV Program and its role in skill development
To create awareness about career options and future industry requirements
To motivate students to pursue skill-oriented and vocational learning alongside academics

A guest lecture was conducted under the NEEEV Program at SKV Avantika, Sector 1, Rohini, Delhi on 18 December 2025, commencing at 09:00 AM onwards. The session was attended by 50 students from Classes 9 to 12 across all streams. The lecture focused on creating awareness about skill development, career pathways, and the importance of vocational and industry-relevant education. The interactive session encouraged students to explore emerging opportunities and align their academic learning with practical skills.
