Profile of Speaker

Ashish Kumar, Chairman of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., provides visionary leadership with a strong commitment to skill-driven and vocational education. With more than 15 years of expertise in mechanical design and academic mentoring, he has been instrumental in bridging the gap between education and industry through practical, hands-on training and the promotion of contemporary mechanical design practices.

Ms. Pooja Vats is the Co-Founder of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the Skill Book Skill Development Centre, operating under the Instrainee Education Foundation. With a background as a Computer Science professor, she possesses extensive experience in technical education, IT training, and vocational skill development. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering practical, industry-focused learning programs that support career readiness and professional growth.

OBJECTIVE

  • To promote self-awareness, positive thinking, and ethical values

REPORT IN BRIEF

A guest lecture on the “Science of Living” was conducted under the NEEEV Program at SBV Sultanpuri, C Block on 20 December 2025, starting from 05:00 PM onwards. The session was attended by 60 students of Class 9. The lecture focused on developing awareness about values, self-discipline, emotional well-being, healthy habits, and the importance of balanced living for overall personal growth. The interactive nature of the session encouraged students to reflect on their daily choices and lifestyle.

Students responded positively to the session and found the lecture engaging and thought-provoking. It is recommended that similar sessions on life skills, mental well-being, and value-based education be organized regularly. Incorporating interactive activities, group discussions, and follow-up sessions would further reinforce learning. Continued implementation of such programs under the NEEEV initiative can significantly contribute to students’ personal growth and character development.
