Profile of Speaker

Ashish Kumar is the Chairman of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and leads the organization with a strategic focus on skill-based and vocational education. With over 15 years of experience in mechanical design and teaching, he has made substantial contributions to technical education by championing practical, industry-aligned training and advancing modern mechanical design approaches.

 

 

Ms. Pooja Vats is the Co-Founder of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the Skill Book Skill Development Centre, operating under the Instrainee Education Foundation. With a background as a Computer Science professor, she possesses extensive experience in technical education, IT training, and vocational skill development. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering practical, industry-focused learning programs that support career readiness and professional growth.

 

OBJECTIVE

The primary objective of the Guest Lecture on Cyber Security under the NEEV Program was to create awareness among students about the safe and responsible use of digital technology. The event aimed to educate students from Classes 9th to 10th on the importance of cyber security in their daily online activities, including internet usage, social media interaction, and digital communication.

Another key objective was to familiarize students with common cyber threats such as phishing, online fraud, cyberbullying, fake websites, and data misuse, and to guide them on preventive measures to protect personal and sensitive information. The session also sought to promote ethical digital behavior and encourage students to adopt safe online practices from an early age.

Additionally, the event aimed to introduce students to basic concepts of web development and emerging career opportunities in the fields of information technology and cyber security. Through expert guidance and real-life examples, the lecture intended to inspire curiosity, enhance digital literacy, and build confidence among students to navigate the digital world securely and responsibly.

REPORT IN BRIEF

A guest lecture on “Cyber Security” under the NEEV Program was successfully conducted at Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya, Pooth Kalan, Rohini Extension, Sector-20, Delhi on 23 December 2025. The one-day session began at 02:30 PM and was offered free of cost, with active participation from approximately 200 students of Classes 9 and 10.

The session was led by Mr. Ashish Kumar, Chairman, and Ms. Pooja Vats, Director, of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The lecture aimed to raise awareness about cyber security and promote safe and responsible digital behavior among students.

Students were introduced to the fundamentals of cyber security, including safeguarding personal information, safe internet practices, and responsible use of social media. The speakers discussed common cyber threats such as phishing, online fraud, fake links, cyberbullying, and data misuse, supported by practical examples to help students recognize risks and adopt preventive measures.

The overall atmosphere of the session was positive, with students showing enthusiasm, curiosity, and active involvement throughout. The interactive delivery made the lecture both engaging and informative, and the program concluded on a successful note, leaving a meaningful and lasting impression on the participants.
