Ashish Kumar serves as the Chairman of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he provides strategic leadership with a strong emphasis on skill-oriented and vocational education. With more than 15 years of experience in mechanical design and academic instruction, he has played a significant role in strengthening technical education through the promotion of hands-on, industry-aligned training and the adoption of contemporary mechanical design practices.

Ms. Pooja Vats is the Co-Founder of Instrainee E-Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the Skill Book Skill Development Centre, operating under the Instrainee Education Foundation. With a professional background as a Computer Science professor, she brings extensive experience in technical education, IT training, and vocational skill development. She specializes in designing and delivering practical, industry-oriented learning programs that enhance career readiness and support long-term professional growth.

OBJECTIVE

The primary objective of the Guest Lecture on Gender Sensitization under the NEEEV Program was to create awareness among students about gender equality, mutual respect, and responsible social behavior. The session aimed to educate students of Classes 9 and 10 on the importance of understanding gender roles, stereotypes, and the need for equal opportunities and dignity for all genders in school, society, and future workplaces.

Another key objective was to sensitize students to issues such as gender bias, discrimination, bullying, and harassment, and to promote empathy, inclusivity, and respectful communication. The lecture guided students on developing positive attitudes, recognizing inappropriate behavior, and understanding their role in creating a safe and supportive environment.
