OBJECTIVE

The primary objective of this On-Job Training Program for a Class 11 student is to provide early exposure to a real workplace environment and bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application. This program aims to help students understand how theoretical concepts taught in school—such as computer applications, business communication, and basic graphic design—are applied in professional settings.

Through structured hands-on activities, the OJT program is designed to develop fundamental employability skills, including professional communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving. It allows the student to gain practical experience in using commonly required digital tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, graphic designing software, and basic web platforms, which are essential for modern workplaces.

Another key objective is to introduce students to basic business processes such as document preparation, branding, marketing support, data handling, and presentation development. By participating in tasks related to business plan execution, the student learns how organizations plan, design, present, and manage information using technology.

The program also focuses on building creativity and technical confidence at an early stage by encouraging students to explore graphic design, digital content creation, and the use of AI tools. This helps in developing innovation, adaptability, and digital literacy—skills that are highly relevant for future academic growth and career readiness.

Overall, the objective of this On-Job Training Program is to prepare Class 11 students for higher education, vocational training, and future employment by enhancing their practical skills, professional mindset, and understanding of workplace expectations in a supportive and guided environment.
