OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the On-Job Training (OJT) Program was to provide students with practical exposure to a real working environment along with their school education. The program aimed to help students apply classroom learning to practical tasks using computers and digital tools.

Another key objective was to develop basic professional skills such as computer usage, creativity, communication, teamwork, and time management. Through hands-on activities, the OJT program helped students gain confidence, understand workplace discipline, and become aware of future career opportunities in digital and creative fields.

REPORT IN BRIEF

The On-Job Training (OJT) Program was organized for the students of Government Girls Senior Secondary School (GGSSS), Sector-25, Rohini, Delhi, to strengthen skill-based and practical learning. The program was designed to give students real-world exposure and improve their technical and professional abilities.

A total of 37 students participated in the program. From the school side, the training was successfully coordinated by Pushpa Ma’am, who ensured smooth communication, discipline, and active participation of students throughout the training.

During the OJT, students learned about business plan execution using computers and digital tools. They performed activities such as preparing professional documents, basic graphic designing, working with MS Excel, creating presentations, designing social media creatives, and understanding the basics of websites. Students were also introduced to AI tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

At the end of the training, all students submitted their portfolios, which included the work completed during the OJT period. In the final examination and assessment, students achieved an excellent overall result of 99%, showing strong learning outcomes and dedication.
