OBJECTIVE

The objective of the On-Job Training (OJT) Program was to provide students with practical exposure to real workplace activities along with their academic learning. The program aimed to help students apply classroom knowledge to practical tasks using computers and digital tools. It also focused on developing basic professional skills such as discipline, communication, teamwork, creativity, and time management, which are important for future education and career growth.

REPORT IN BRIEF

The On-Job Training (OJT) Program was conducted for the students of Govt. Boys Senior Secondary School, Rohini, Sector-16, Pocket-A, Delhi to enhance their practical and skill-based learning. The training was designed to give students exposure to real-world work environments and improve their technical and professional abilities.

A total of 25 students participated in the OJT program. From the school side, the program was effectively coordinated by Sh. Rajeev Kumar, who ensured discipline, smooth coordination, and active participation of all students.

During the training, students worked on activities related to business plan execution using computer applications and digital tools. They learned how to create professional documents, work with spreadsheets, design presentations, create basic graphic designs, and understand digital content creation. Students showed excellent interest, discipline, and dedication throughout the program.

At the end of the OJT, all students successfully submitted their individual portfolios, which reflected the work and skills they developed during the training period. The overall performance of students was very good, and they demonstrated a strong understanding of the practical concepts taught during the program.

The On-Job Training Program for Govt. Boys Senior Secondary School, Rohini Sector-16 was successfully completed and met its objectives. Such OJT programs should be continued to support students’ overall development and career readiness.
