The main objective of the On-Job Training (OJT) Program was to provide students with practical learning experiences along with their regular school education. The program aimed to help students understand how classroom knowledge can be applied in real work situations using computer applications and digital tools. It also focused on developing basic professional skills such as discipline, teamwork, communication, creativity, and time management to prepare students for future studies and career options.

The On-Job Training (OJT) Program was conducted for the students of Govt. Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya, Pooth Kalan, Rohini Extension, Sector-20, Delhi to enhance their practical knowledge and skill-based learning. The program was designed to expose students to real workplace activities and develop their technical and professional abilities.

A total of 20 students participated in the OJT program. From the school side, the training was well coordinated by Suman Ma’am, who ensured discipline, proper guidance, and active participation of all students throughout the program.

During the training, students were introduced to business plan execution using computer systems and digital tools. They learned to prepare professional documents, work with spreadsheets, design presentations, create basic graphic designs, and understand digital content creation. The students showed keen interest and sincerity in completing their assigned tasks.

By the end of the OJT program, all students successfully submitted their portfolios, which reflected the skills and work they completed during the training period. The overall performance of the students was good, and they showed improvement in technical understanding, confidence, and practical skills.
